Accessibility in short. narrawise.com is built to WCAG 2.2 AA and works in full without JavaScript, by keyboard and with reduced motion. narrawise.com ist die Website des Unternehmens NarraWise: ein Informationsangebot über das Haus, sein Vorgehen und seine Produkte, ohne Vertragsschluss und ohne Kauf. Das Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG) verpflichtet diese Website nicht. Wir bauen sie trotzdem barrierefrei — und sagen hier, wie weit das reicht.
Wie die Barrierefreiheit umgesetzt ist
Maßstab ist WCAG 2.2 auf Stufe AA, wie sie die harmonisierte Norm EN 301 549 aufnimmt. Umgesetzt ist insbesondere: semantisches, valides HTML mit Überschriften-Gliederung, Landmarken und einem Link „Zum Inhalt springen“; jede Seite ist ohne JavaScript vollständig lesbar und bedienbar; durchgehende Tastaturbedienung mit sichtbarem Fokus; ausreichende Farbkontraste; die Sprache jeder Seite und jedes anderssprachigen Abschnitts ist ausgezeichnet. Die bewegte Helix ist Dekoration, trägt keine Information und ist für assistive Technik ausgeblendet; mit der Systemeinstellung „Bewegung reduzieren“ (prefers-reduced-motion) steht sie als Bild still.
Stand und Prüfung
Die Prüfung ist eine Selbstbewertung ohne externes Audit. Automatisiert im Prüftor jeder Änderung: axe-core mit dem Regelsatz für WCAG 2.0 und 2.1 auf den Stufen A und AA, HTML-Validierung und das Barrierefreiheits-Audit von Lighthouse. axe-core und HTML-Validierung liefen zuletzt am 23. Oktober 2026 über alle Rechtsseiten ohne Befund. Die automatischen Werkzeuge decken nicht alle Kriterien von WCAG 2.2 ab. Manuell mit Tastatur und Screenreader zuletzt im September 2026.
Bekannte Einschränkung: Die Rechtstexte (Impressum, Datenschutz, diese Seite) sind auf Deutsch verbindlich; unter der englischen Adresse steht nach dem deutschen Text eine englische Lesefassung. Weitere Barrieren sind uns derzeit nicht bekannt. Eine vollständige Konformität lässt sich ohne externes Audit nicht zusichern; jeder Meldung gehen wir nach.

narrawise.com is the website of the company NarraWise: information about the house, its approach and its products, with no contracts concluded and nothing sold. The German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) does not apply to this website. We build it to be accessible anyway — and set out here how far that goes.
How accessibility is implemented
The benchmark is WCAG 2.2 at level AA, as incorporated in the harmonised standard EN 301 549. In particular: semantic, valid HTML with a heading structure, landmarks and a “Skip to content” link; every page can be read and used in full without JavaScript; full keyboard operation with a visible focus; sufficient colour contrast; the language of every page and of every passage in another language is marked up. The moving helix is decoration, carries no information and is hidden from assistive technology; with the system setting “reduce motion” (prefers-reduced-motion) it stands still as a picture.
Status and assessment
The assessment is a self-assessment without an external audit. Automated in the check run for every change: axe-core with the rule set for WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 at levels A and AA, HTML validation and the Lighthouse accessibility audit. axe-core and HTML validation last ran on 23 October 2026 across all legal pages, with no findings. The automated tools do not cover every WCAG 2.2 criterion. Manually with keyboard and screen reader, most recently in September 2026.
Known limitation: the legal texts (legal notice, privacy, this page) are authoritative in German; at the English address an English reading version follows the German text. We are not currently aware of any other barriers. Full conformance cannot be guaranteed without an external audit; every report is followed up.
